Katharina Fürholzer is a postdoctoral scholar specializing in medical humanities at the University of Rostock. She was previously a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, working on a book on poetry and aphasia. Her research focuses on literary approaches to the physical and metaphysical limits of language.
